November Energy Update
This November feels like the beginning of a new chapter. We closed the old book at the end of August and new energy was certainly ushered in. And now that our prologue of September and October have passed, this is the beginning of our new story. In lieu of that, I am going to try to put my energy updates on this journal instead of anywhere external. Let’s see how this new story goes.
The energy for this month has been building as an undercurrent for some time. There’s been a weird tension; not like a push and pull, or a negative pressure. More like the turning of a spring tighter and tighter, knowing it will either click into place or give way to the great exhale of spinning back to the beginning. One way or another, it feels as though November is the month for the next step to take place for this energy.
One thing that I have found happening with increasing frequency (both in timing and in elevation) is those weird little wobble moments where it feels off-and-on-and-off-and-on-again, like a pendulum of lining up to expectation. I find myself off or out of expectation as often as I’m in it. Like something feels wrong or “this isn’t actually what is happening.” Like you’ve rehearsed a play a hundred times but when you’re up on stage another actor changes their lines, and you know it’s not right. I’ve had so many moments of something being off and I couldn’t quite tell you why.
And at the same time, coincidences and synchronicities through the roof. I have seen far more repeating numbers on licenses plates than would be considered statistically predictable. Thinking of a song or band or something, and seeing it appear when you haven’t heard them in years. I’ve had little phrases that are inside jokes in my life start to bleed out into media around me. For example, there is a “bink bonk” song that we made up at home and will sing with different melodies and circumstances. I don’t think I’ve heard it anywhere, just from our own creativity. And in watching someone play a game, they began to chant “bink bonk” while hitting characters with a hammer.
It’s like the ripple of the wobble on the surface of the water stretches outward and sometimes it’s up, sometimes it’s down, but the pattern of energy returning back is becoming predictable. Like the fabric of this reality has been shaken to produce ripples across the surface and we’re riding the wave. Another post I’d love to make on here is that of “time folds” - which are weird occurrences when time itself seems to play a trick on me, where I get messages exactly 24 hours after I should have or clocks show a time in the future or strange things like that. All of this has been increasing for me and I see it beginning to happen to others on a common scale soon.
Because this has all been increasing, and because it is beginning to impact people it never has before, I see a door open before us, but there are different paths possible. Like the doorway itself holds broken glass and we all walk through a different pane, but this allows us to land on different paths that loop and skip and have different laws of gravity as we all walk around and above and through each other’s path moving forward. But it will be open to all of us.
Because I’m the resident weirdo that has begun telling people about the oddities I’ve held to myself for a number of years, there are people who see me as a safe space to tell about their own occurrences that they might not tell others. People who are finding themselves shifting as a human substantially because of life events happening to them. People who have their own coincidences and connections appearing for the first time, because they dare to ask. Other people open to gifts, past lives, universal buzz in ways that we haven’t seen as widespread before. It’s different for everyone but the door is opening for all
It’s going to take an embrace of empathy and perspective in a way we haven’t utilized on a large scale before. Over the past few months (and even years) I’ve seen people cling so tightly to their own truth and that their own perspective must be correct, and others with a different perspective are just dumb or wrong or should be shamed or cancelled. It’s certainly something that’s been placed on us intentionally and yet the collective has embraced it to extreme levels. This opening of the door in which our truths and compasses and experiences are so different will give us no choice but to be open to a kaleidoscope of human subjectivity in ways that we’ve never had to address before. We will have to erase truths we’ve held as unshakeable or absolute. Constructs that became cradles for us to create our world view that will no longer be able to hold them because we’ve outgrown the limits. The beginning of a new way of being human that we couldn’t have imagined before.
This new truth and new perspective is going to give us an opportunity to breathe fresher air than we have in a long time. It is an opportunity, not a guarantee - but I have already felt a shift out of constraints held in place for so long and feeling a freedom and flow that I haven’t had in a long while.
This doesn’t mean everything will be fixed or go away right away. There are so many energetic threads tied together right now that even if we cut them apart or loosen the edges, we have untangling to do. We’re not going to snap our fingers and every conflict and conundrum will just disappear. But this will at least be the beginning of us taking everything out from under the rug and bringing it to the sunlight for it to breathe and be acknowledged.
I was talking to a friend recently about the tension I mentioned at the beginning of this post. How it feels like so many things are coming to a head right now, but they’re still under the surface. And she and I agreed that even just bringing it to the surface to have authentic discussions, actions, and shifting to include all of these truths we’ve been ignoring will take away most of the pressure swirling around everything. It’s like the large rainbow-polka-dot elephant in a top hat has been walking around the room and nobody wants to talk about it, but we’re finally going to be able to say “but for real, y’all, it’s probably not good that there’s an elephant in the room with us.” It’s not going to make the elephant go away. It’s not going to explain how the elephant got rainbow polka dots to begin with. But when we don’t have to spend so much energy avoiding it and trying to grab our appetizers and make small talk without getting trampled and can put energy into figuring out how to take action to get it free.
Authenticity has always been one of my core values and identities. It’s where the rooster actually comes from; if you’ve seen my “about” page you may have read the story of how I want to bring in the energy of greeting the day with my song no matter the conditions. And even if we’re figuring out how to loosen the messy threads and walk the confusing path of changing gravity and wobbling folds of reality, being able to see and feel and talk about the truth of it all is going to feel so much more free to me than it has for a long time before now.
There are some people that this won’t feel like freedom. Maybe as you read this, this scares you in your core. Maybe you don’t want any of this. Maybe it doesn’t make any sense and you can’t feel it in your experience at all, or you think I’m absolutely insane. Or maybe you’re curious but while it feels like fresher air you feel light-headed instead of free. Perhaps you like the structure and a loosening of this energy will feel unstable. This shift is going to be something that we can actively synthesize differently than others. It is absolutely okay to interpret this journey in whatever way feels the best for you. What is important is that we are done taking other’s paths as our own. We stop handing away our truth and our power for someone who we think sounds smarter or stronger or more confident than us. They are not us and that is not our path. We can walk into this doorway scared, or slowly, or eager and ready to run. All are valid. As long as we do it authentically and choose the path that is right for us.
See you on the other side of the doorway.
